Substitution Rule

For arrangements of assorted flowers, the flowers shown online will be used if at all possible, however, products containing seasonal flowers might not be available due to unforeseen weather conditions. An equal, or higher value material will be used.
For arrangements of all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color if the original type is not available.
If the floral wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar wrapping paper will be used.
